An offshore racer with extensive experience in the Loft, Gianni is the right person for advice on fabrics, equipment, and everything your boat may need. Gianni has always overseen work planning with the great care and energy that define him.

A lifelong sailor, Olympian, and multiple-time world champion. His long CV filled with accomplishments is the result of a life dedicated to sailing and sports. His achievements stem from his technical expertise and a method based on constant innovation and boat optimisation. Lorenzo is a key reference point, and his experience is an invaluable addition to both the Loft and all our owners.

Already experienced in the sector, Pietro joined the team in 2018. A passionate sailor and sea lover, he focuses on sail design and technological development. He has gained extensive experience on racecourses, sailing on some of the most successful boats of recent years.

Part of the team since 2012, Fabrizio’s experience and professionalism are a guarantee of quality on the production line. His attention to detail makes him the ideal person for sail assembly and finishing.

An expert in all classes requiring careful design and compliance with class rules. A top-level Snipe racer, she has been both Master World Champion and South Europe Champion.

The Loft’s long-time sailmaker, Paolo dedicated several years to the Meteor class and now happily owns an Este 24. The best sails are born under his supervision: assembly and finishing hold no secrets for him.

An experienced sailmaker with years of  regatta experience both inshore and offshore. On board, he learned how important every detail is. In the Loft, he brings the same precision and rigor, managing each project with technical care and practical vision. He understands racers’ needs because he has felt them on his own skin.

A helmsman and competitive sailor, Luca especially loves One-Design racing, sailing both the UFO 28 and Melges 24. Bilingual in Italian and Slovenian, he also fluently speaks the language of the sea. Since he first started sailing, he has combined technique and talent, becoming a true expert who, at times, is driven by his intuition.

A passionate sailor from a young age. She works skilfully and with innate precision, treating every detail, stitch, and finish as an integral part of the teamwork. Determined, meticulous, and curious, she brings to the Loft the same competitive and rigorous spirit that guides her in the regattas.

Originally from La Spezia, he began working as a sailmaker with the goal of transferring his racing experience to the workshop floor. He loves the wind, and he loves competition; he races in the Meteor class, where he combines technique, instinct, and deep love for the sea.

Hannes has solid experience in the sailing world. Precise and knowledgeable, he works as a measurer for national and international regattas, contributing his in-depth understanding of rules and classes. On board, he is equally reliable: he has raced for years with passion and technical acumen. For him, every detail matters, and the sea is as much a challenge as it is a constant learning ground.
